Common Questions and Answers:
How much money will I make?
Insurance products each have different compensation levels. If you focus on the Senior market as we recommend, you can make anywhere from $40,000 to $100,000+ in your first year. In the subsequent years you'll get residual income from your existing book of clients. There is no limit to what you can achieve!
What are the job requirements?
You will need to have or obtain the following in order to be contracted with us:
1: Life and Health Insurance License(s)
2: An Errors and Omission Personal Policy
3: The AHIP Medicare FWA Certification

What if I have a Criminal Record?
Each state has it's own specific rules about felonies and misdemeanors. You may not be disqualified automatically, but we encourage you to reach out to your state-specific Department of Insurance to obtain the most accurate information. Your state also may require you to take additional steps before obtaining your license.
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all! Our founder was actually a Lieutenant at a Correctional Facility in Texas when he obtained his license. Many people from many different walks of life begin new careers in our industry. If you care about your community, you have effective communication skills, and you have the drive to work unsupervised, you have all you need!
Can I work from home?
Absolutely! There are many successful agents who work from the comfort of their home! We also have agents that prefer to travel and see clients at their homes. You can work from home, abroad, a local office, or even a retail booth or kiosk. Insurance Sales is a very flexible career and there are endless ways to structure your business!
What is the cost and how do I get started?
While paid marketing is not a necessity, it will significantly increase your odds of success. There are many ways to obtain clients, and there's a solution for every budget. We're happy to have that conversation during your initial interview.
